Foot Scrub is an exfoliating scrub that is massaged gently onto the feet. The feet are then wrapped in warm towels after which the scrub is removed and pressure is applied to the feet for relaxation.
Reflexology applies thumb pressure on specific reflex points in the soles of the feet. The points correlate to individual organs or parts of the body and the pressure provides relief and improves the body’s ability to heal.
Scalp Massage uses nourishing scalp oil that is gently worked into the scalp. This is followed by a scalp massage to relieve stress and tension.
Hot Stone allows heat to penetrate the body, melting all stress and tension. Targeting the back, shoulders, legs or feet, the hot stones will enhance relaxation and provide deep relief. This treatment is not recommended during pregnancy.
Muscle Melt Therapy uses therapy gel to melt specific myofascial constriction. A gentle massage is administered to relieve muscle tension and a hot towel compress is then applied for relaxation.
