Amethyst Hot Stone Therapy uses our unscented oil and hot stone to melt tension in the body. Treatment begins with placement of heated basalt stones on the arms, feet and body and gently gliding the stones over the body. The therapeutic heat from the hot stones penetrates through the body, releasing tension and providing soothing relief without massage. Cool polished amethyst gemstones are then placed in key chakras to cleanse, heal and restore mental clarity and calm.

Prenatal Massage is designed to cater to the special needs of the mother-to-be, eases tension in the body and provides relief and relaxation. For your safety and comfort, this treatment does not include a neck roll and is administered using our unscented oil with no aromatherapy.

Foot and Scalp Therapy is a therapeutic foot treatment designed to relax the body and ease the aching feet. Treatment begins with a soothing hot towel compress and a stimulating foot scrub. A therapeutic foot massage is then administered to relieve and promote balance. For enhanced therapy and deeper relaxation, hot stones are applied to the feet allowing the heat to penetrate through the feet and release overall tension. The treatment ends with a scalp massage and hot towel compress on the feet. Choose from the following aromatherapy blends for your massage:

Body Melt Back Therapy is an intensive treatment designed to soothe sore muscles by releasing constriction with an analgesic lotion. Treatment begins with a hot towel compress and spinal stretch followed by a deep tissue massage with arnica and rosemary. Aloe and menthol herbal gel is then applied along the spine to promote circulation and melt myofascial constriction. After a hot towel compress, a relaxing scalp, neck and shoulder massage is administered and the treatment completes with another application of herbal gel. This treatment is also an ideal add-on to other massage therapies.

Massage Therapy Upgrades
All massage therapy upgrades are designed to complement any of our massage and 60 min. hydrotherapy treatments. Foot scrub, reflexology and scalp massage are also appropriate with any vichy treatments.
Foot Scrub is an exfoliating scrub that is massaged gently onto the feet. The feet are then wrapped in warm towels after which the scrub is removed and pressure is applied to the feet and ankles for relaxation.

Reflexology applies thumb pressure on specific reflex points in the soles of the feet. The points correlate to individual organs or parts of the body and the pressure provides relief and improves the body’s ability to heal.

Scalp Massage uses nourishing scalp oil that is gently worked into the scalp. This is followed by a scalp massage to relieve stress and tension.

Hot Stone Therapy allows heat to penetrate the body, melting all stress and tension. Targeting the back, shoulders, legs or feet, the hot stones will enhance relaxation and provide deep relief.
