Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment to allow for adequate time to check in, complete our guest form, change into your luxurious robe and slippers and enjoy the spa amenities. As a courtesy to other guests, we kindly ask that all cell phones be turned off upon entering the spa.
Spa Réveil provides spa robes and slippers as well as locker room and shower amenities. We encourage you to enjoy our exclusive hammam (turkish-style marble steam room) prior to your treatment and savor complimentary coffee, teas or water in our luxurious sanctuary lounge. Light meals can also be ordered at the reception desk.
Spa guests must be at least 17 years of age, but guests aged 12-16 who are accompanied by an adult are welcome on an appointment basis to receive specific treatments developed for them. A release form signed by the accompanying adult is required for all guests aged 12-16. Children younger than 12 years of age are not permitted in the spa.
We encourage advanced reservations on all appointments, but walk-in guests are welcome as scheduling permits. A credit card number is required to reserve your appointment. There is no appointment guarantee for late arrival, and if service is provided, it will end at the scheduled time with full treatment price charged.
At Spa Réveil, your comfort and well-being is of the utmost importance to us. Please alert the spa coordinator if there are any special physical or medical conditions they should be aware of prior to scheduling your treatments. These include, but not limited to, pregnancy, recent surgeries or injuries, plastic surgery of any type, high blood pressure, or if you are using Retin-A, Accutane or any aggressive medication. Some treatments may be contra-indicated for certain physical or medical conditions and may require your physician’s written approval prior to reservation. We request this information to ensure your safety and complete enjoyment of your treatments and services.
Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you! We require a minimum of 24-hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be allowed. “No-shows” or appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour advance notice will be charged the full treatment price.
Gratuities, while appreciated, are at the complete discretion of the guest. As a guide, gratuities range between 15%-20% of the full treatment price and reflect the quality of the treatment you received. We have envelopes available at the reception desk for your convenience, or you may add the gratuities to your final invoice.
As payment for spa services, we accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards and Spa Réveil gift certificates. We do not accept personal checks.
Gift certificates are for Spa Réveil services and merchandise only, are non-refundable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash. Unless otherwise specified on the gift certificate, all gift certificates expire one year from date of issue and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We reserve the right to determine and modify accommodations for unsatisfactory service or retail purchase to ensure that our service standards and quality are met. We apologize that gift certificates and meals are not refundable.
Spa Réveil is not responsible for any personal items. For your own comfort and enjoyment, we recommend that you leave your jewelry and valuables at home.
