Rest & Relax Swedish Massage is designed to ease fatigue, calm the nervous system as well as improve circulation and blood flow to vital parts of the body.

Detox & Deep Tissue Massage is aimed at relieving muscle soreness, stiff joints and back pain while promoting energy and vitality throughout the body.

Sports Massage aims to heal and prevent injuries to the muscles and tendons. Treatment includes a therapy gel application and may incorporate stretching and range of motion techniques to restore proper tissue alignment, improve mobility and melt myofascial constriction. Especially beneficial for athletes, sports massage promotes flexibility and endurance, reduces recovery time and helps prepare the body for optimal performance.

Designed to cater to the special needs of the mother-to-be, this nurturing massage eases tension in the body, calms the mind and provides relief and relaxation. For your safety and comfort, this treatment is administered using our unscented oil. Note: we do not perform pre-natal massage during the first trimester of pregnancy or on women with high risk pregnancy.

Reflexology is a therapeutic foot massage designed to help relax the body, mind, and spirit by working each system of the body through reflex points in the feet. Treatment begins with a foot cleansing and hot towel compress. A relaxing foot massage is then administered along with other techniques to promote overall balance, including in the muscular, skeletal, cardiovascular, nervous, endocrine, and lymphatic systems. Treatment completes with hot towel compress on the feet.

Lomi Lomi is a restorative Hawaiian bodywork that involves a gentle, flowing massage to align the body, mind and spirit. Infused with the spirit of ALOHA (joyful sharing of life), this therapy uses gliding forearm and hands to bring harmony and balance for a peaceful and deeply relaxing experience.

Foot, Neck, Shoulder and Scalp Therapy is a therapeutic treatment designed to relax targeted areas and ease the aching feet. Treatment begins with a back compression followed by a neck and shoulder massage. A soothing hot towel compress is applied on the feet and the scalp is massaged to relieve and promote balance. A therapeutic foot massage is then administered. For enhanced therapy and deeper relaxation, hot stones are applied to the feet allowing the heat to penetrate through the feet and release overall tension. The treatment ends with a foot scrub and hot towel compress.

Hot Stone Therapy uses our unscented oil and hot stone to melt tension in the body. Treatment begins with placement of heated basalt stones on the arms, feet and body and gently gliding the stones over the body. The therapeutic heat from the hot stones penetrates through the body, releasing tension and providing soothing relief.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy uses gentle “stretch and release” movements applied on the surface of the skin to assist in the elimination of liquids and toxins from the body. It is a light and therapeutic form of soft tissue mobilization that encourages the natural drainage of the lymph, spurs cell’s ability to regenerate and repair tissues, restores immune function and enhances vitality. This therapy is also beneficial for anyone with post traumatic and post surgery swelling, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, migraine/headaches or sinus congestion.

Biostimulation Therapy uses red and near-infrared light energy simultaneously to safely stimulate cellular processes over a targeted area. The light energy is absorbed by photoacceptors in the mitochondria, the cell’s energy generators, and used to create adenosine triphosphate (ATP) which stimulates metabolic processes, resulting in the repair and regeneration of cell and tissue components. This non-invasive, pain-free therapy increases circulation, treats muscle and joint inflammation, alleviates pain, eases strain, stiffness, spasm and arthritis, and can be applied over the shoulder, back, arm, elbow, hip, leg or knee. A relaxing massage on a different focus area will be administered during this therapy. Note: Due to contraindications, this treatment will not be administered on children, women who are nursing or pregnant, anyone with existing or past cancer, metastasis, epilepsy or seizure, and anyone on steroid injections or photosensitive medications.

Body Melt Back Therapy is an intensive treatment designed to soothe sore muscles by releasing constriction with our Rejuvenate blend. Treatment begins with a hot towel compress and spinal stretch. Therapy gel is then applied along the spine to promote circulation and melt myofascial constriction. A deep tissue massage is administered followed by a relaxing scalp, neck and shoulder massage. The treatment ends with another hot towel compress. This therapy is also an ideal add-on to other massage therapy.
