Safety Protocols

Our Commitment to Health & Safety

The health of all clients and staff is always our top priority. To protect everyone, we have taken steps to intensify our sanitation and disinfecting protocols and are implementing the following safety measures:

Protocols for Staff

  • Following TDLR and CDC recommendations to best protect our clients and staff.
  • Requiring staff with temperature above 100 degree Fahrenheit or who have cold/flu-like symptoms to stay at home.
  • Providing staff training on enhanced sanitation and disinfecting procedures.
  • Frequently washing hands with soap for at least 20 seconds and using hand sanitizer in-between hand washing.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting extensively after each client, extending our turnaround times between each client to allow us additional time to make sure surfaces, tools, equipment and other necessary items are completely sanitized and disinfected. Disposable items are replaced after each client.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting Spa common areas frequently throughout the day.
  • Using EPA-registered disinfectants which meet EPA’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

Protocols for Guests

While still delivering the exceptional spa experience you expect, there are some modifications we have implemented to meet required governmental health guidelines. Please review and adhere to the following guidelines when visiting Spa Réveil.

  • If you lost your sense of smell or taste, have a temperature greater than 100 degree Fahrenheit, cough, shortness of breath or any cold/flu-like symptoms, or have been in close contact with a person with COVID-19, do not visit the Spa. Instead, call us at (512) 339-7000.
  • Visit the Spa by yourself. Anyone without an appointment will not be allowed in the Spa.
  • A face covering over your nose and mouth is recommended but not mandatory when entering the Spa and throughout the duration of your visit.
  • Guests with a temperature greater than 100 degree Fahrenheit must cancel their appointments.
  • Sanitize your hands throughout the duration of your visit.
  • Keep apart from other guests in the Spa.
  • Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing. Immediately wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds.

Thank you for helping keep our community safe and healthy.
